Service / Maintenance Engineer for Injection Moulding Machine

Location : Faridabad

Responsibility will be to install, maintain and repair injection moulding machines and robotic systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers in the Delhi NCR region.

Installation and Commissioning: You will be responsible for installing and commissioning injection moulding machines and robotic systems at customer sites, ensuring that they are functioning properly and meeting customer requirements.

Maintenance and Repairs: You will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and repairs on injection moulding machines and robotic systems, including identifying and diagnosing technical problems, repairing or replacing faulty parts, and testing equipment after repairs are complete.

Technical Support: You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers over the phone or in person, helping to resolve technical issues and providing guidance on equipment operation.

Training: You may be required to provide training to customers on the operation and maintenance of injection moulding machines and robotic systems, ensuring that they are able to operate the equipment safely and effectively.

Documentation: You will need to keep accurate records of all service activities, including service reports, repair records, and equipment maintenance schedules.

Customer Relationship Management: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with the products and services offered by your company.

Sales Support: You may be required to provide sales support by assisting with demonstrations, preparing technical specifications, and participating in customer meetings.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background in injection moulding machines and robotic systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You should also have a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. A degree in engineering or a related field would be an advantage.
