Job Description

Sales Officer 

handling dealer and channel sales - FMCG products and Home appliance

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement:

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
    • Drive secondary and primary sales in the assigned territory.
  2. Territory Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
    • Ensure availability and visibility of products across all relevant outlets.
  3. Business Development:

    • Identify new markets and business opportunities within the assigned geography.
    • Expand the distribution network to maximize product reach.
  4. Market Intelligence:

    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to devise effective sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and new products.
  5. Promotions and Schemes:

    • Execute trade and consumer promotions as per the company's strategy.
    • Ensure the effective implementation of sales and marketing schemes.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
    • Track and analyze sales performance and suggest corrective actions.
  7. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Handle queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner.
