Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and promote our custom software development, web solutions, and IT consulting services to businesses across various industries.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and field visits.
Client Interaction: Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and CXOs to understand their digital transformation needs.
Product Pitching: Present and pitch IT/software solutions tailored to client requirements (CRM, ERP, Web/App Development, etc.).
Follow-Ups & Closures: Schedule demos, send proposals, and follow up to convert leads into active customers.
Market Research: Analyze competitor activity and customer needs to provide market feedback to the product and development teams.
Collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams for demos, requirement gathering, and project scoping.
CRM Management: Maintain lead records, sales pipeline, and activity tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
Confidence in handling corporate conversations and consultative selling.
Basic understanding of IT services/software development lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Office, email writing, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
