Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations in the rubber auto components manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare financial statements and reports as per company guidelines.

• Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Monitor and control monthly budgets and cost reporting.

• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Com/M.Com or MBA in Finance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory regulations.

• Prior experience in the rubber or auto component manufacturing industry is mandatory.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
