- Conduct Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in Defence, Aerospace PSUs, and private companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and prepare detailed proposals and presentations.
- Drive long-term partnerships with clients and foster repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the development team to align products with market demands.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure timely delivery of products as per client specifications.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure adherence to budgets and payment cycles.
