Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations Management
   • Oversee HR functions across multiple plants, ensuring standardization of processes.
   • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures at the corporate and plant levels.
   • Act as a liaison between corporate HR and plant HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
2. Compliance Management
   • Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements at corporate and plant levels.
   • Manage unit compliance audits, inspections, and certifications.
   • Drive awareness and adherence to labor laws and other applicable regulations.
3. Talent Management
   • Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for plant operations.
   • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, training, career progression, and exits.
   • Develop and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
4. Salary Operations
   • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across units.
   • Oversee salary structure, benefits, and incentive schemes in line with corporate guidelines.
   • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee grievances related to compensation.
5. Leadership and Team Management
   • Lead and mentor plant HR teams to ensure high performance and alignment with corporate objectives.
   • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
   • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across units.
6. Strategic HR Planning
   • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
   • Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising employee satisfaction.
   • Use HR analytics to improve decision-making and track HR performance metrics.
