Assistant Manager – OEM Sales

Reporting To: Manager/Head – OEM Sales
Experience Required: 5–8 years in Sales / Business Development of NVH or similar automotive components
Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA (preferred)
Job Purpose:
To manage and grow OEM accounts by providing technical solutions, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and NVH product offerings, driving revenue growth, and supporting project execution in coordination with engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle direct OEM accounts for NVH (rubber/foam/insulation/sealing) components.
Act as the component sales between the customer and internal design/production teams.
Understand customer drawings, specifications, and performance requirements.
Support the development of customized solutions for noise, vibration, and harshness reduction in vehicles.
Conduct techno-commercial discussions, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing within the approved margin.
Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing teams for prototype development, testing, validation, and timely delivery.
Track and manage RFQs, PPAP approvals, and project timelines with OEMs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis; identify new business opportunities in the NVH domain.
Visit customer plants, support line trials, and address technical issues.
Ensure timely collections, sales reporting, and forecast planning.
