Job Description

Foundry (Ferrous Casting)

Key Account management (KAM) for Ferrous Foundry product customers-Domestic Business, MIS &
customer relations.
 Visiting clients and generate leads.
 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
 Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support (Customer Feedback).
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
 Identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.
 Create Business Planning for domestic & exports markets in automotive sector
 Explore New business opportunities with automotive OEMs across all segments of 4W, 2W, Off highway etc.
 Business Development of new products/projects.
 Sales Budgeting, RFQ, Product Costing.
 Customer Supply Schedule Management.

 

Proven working experience as a business development
manager or a relevant role.
 Proven sales track record.
 Experience in customer support is a plus.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g.Salesforce).
 Proficiency in English.
 Market knowledge.
 Communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to build rapport.
 Time management and planning skills.
 MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field /B.Tech.
