Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary: To be responsible for managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition and supporting core HR generalist operations, including onboarding, employee records, and employee engagement activities. The role requires strong hiring capability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To understand the manpower requirements from the department and prepare recruitment plans accordingly.
2. To source candidates through various job portals, referrals, consultancy, and local hiring channels, as applicable.
3. To perform the CV screening, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with the respective departments for the technical interviews.
4. To manage end-to-end recruitment closing, including offer release, negotiation, and joining formalities.
5. To execute joining formalities, including documentation, background checks, and employee master creation.
6. To conduct structured induction and onboarding for new employees as per company process.
7. To maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
8. To support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication activities.
9. To coordinate with external consultants, recruiters, and service providers as required.
10. To prepare and share HR MIS related to recruitment, attrition, headcount, and attendance.

Essential Requirements:

• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (HR)
• Experience: 3-5 years (strong focus on Talent Acquisition)
• Technical Skills: Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Interviewing & screening skills, Data Management, Employee Handling
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication Skills, Coordination Skills, Negotiation skills
• Managerial Skills: Motivation, Decision-making, Self-driven, Learning, and Development
• Working Conditions: Extended working hours in season
• Salary (CTC): As per industry standards
