Soft skill trainer (Ste Job/ 96)

Responsibilities:

• Provide life skill training to school children
• Develop and deliver training modules on Emotional Intelligence, stress management, career counseling, and outbound experience skills
• Create engaging content for training purposes
• Travel frequently to deliver programs across India

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training school children up to 12th standard
• Experience in creating training content
• Proficient in computer skills
• Excellent presentation skills

Other Requirements:

• Strong training skills
• Experience in developing Emotional Intelligence training modules
• Experience in stress management and career counseling
• Outbound experience skills

Salary: Up to 60,000

Note: This is a work-from-home position with frequent travel required for program delivery across India.
