Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Soft Skill Trainer Junior to join our team. As a Soft Skill Trainer Junior, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to enhance soft skills and behavioral competencies. This position is REMOTE based.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on soft skills and behavioral competencies
• Develop and deliver training modules on travel tech and content adaptation
• Assess training needs and customize programs to meet those needs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of overall experience as a Soft Skill Trainer
• Relevant experience of at least 4 years in soft skills training
• Proficiency in soft skills, behavioral training, travel tech, and content adaptation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
