Job Description:

• Conduct routine site visits and perform equipment installations as per SOPs
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of installed equipment
• Provide training to customers on equipment usage, cleaning, and safety procedures
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment
• Handle field service activities; travel will be required
• Ensure compliance with industrial standards and operating procedures

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / ITI in EEE / ECE / Electrical / Mechanical
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in field service or industrial equipment maintenance
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
• Hands-on experience in soldering and device assembly
• Familiarity with industrial SOPs
• Willingness to travel for service activities
