Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
• Strong sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Managing multiple client requirements across industries
• Client interaction and relationship management
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Maintaining and managing candidate databases
• Working on ATS platforms for tracking and managing recruitment lifecycle
• Ensuring closure of positions within timelines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Minimum 3 years in a recruitment consultancy (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (mandatory)
• Strong sourcing skills across job portals and social platforms
• Experience in handling client interactions independently
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Word
• Ability to manage and maintain large candidate databases
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
