Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Drone Services to drive business growth across industries like Infrastructure, Mining, Oil & Gas, Defence, and Renewable Energy.
The role involves selling drone-based solutions including surveying, mapping, inspection, surveillance, and GIS analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients across target industries
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and offer customized drone solutions
- Conduct presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with pre-sales, operations, and marketing teams
Preferred Industry Background:
- Drone / Geospatial / Surveying companies
- Infrastructure / EPC / Construction
- Mining / Oil & Gas
- Solar / Renewable Energy (OEMs – Panels / Inverters)
- Industrial equipment / technology sales
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in high-value B2B sales
- Strong network in EPC / industrial / government sectors
- Ability to handle long sales cycles (2–6 months)
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Engineering background preferred (MBA is a plus)
