JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Marketing Tool Administration
    • Develop, deliver, update, and manage CRI’s complete suite of promotional and educational marketing tools.
    • Ensure all tools accurately reflect the latest product specifications, certifications, model changes, and branding standards.
    • Publish updates for new product launches, product extensions, revisions, and technical corrections.
  2. Field Support s User Enablement
    • Provide support to branches, dealers, and sales teams on usage of all marketing tools (catalogs, manuals, videos, guides).
    • Conduct structured training sessions on new tools, updates, features, and best-usage practices.
    • Track and monitor tool usage and adoption; identify areas needing additional training or support.
  3. Content s Data Management
    • Maintain accurate product data across all tools—specifications, performance curves, diagrams, images, certifications, packaging details, animations, etc.
    • Coordinate with Product Managers/NPD for validation of all technical content including:
  • Catalogs
  • Manuals
  • Promotional Videos
  • Educational / Training Videos
  • Testimonials
  • Selection Guides C Value-Selling Tools
    • Upload, organize, and maintain content across digital platforms, portals, CRM modules, and internal tools.

 

  1. Creative Development Coordination
    • Convert product features, benefits, and applications into engaging, creative, and user-friendly content.
    • Coordinate with creative agencies to develop high-quality videos, manuals, catalogs, product guides, testimonials, and digital tools.
    • Validate output quality, accuracy, user experience, and initiate continuous improvement actions.
  2. Sales s Marketing Integration
    • Ensure all tools are prepared and updated for seasonal campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, dealer programs, and events.
    • Ensure correct messaging, product positioning, value proposition, and content alignment with sales strategy.
    • Collaborate with branches, Product Managers, NPD teams, and channel partners to align tools with real market needs.
  3. Quality, Compliance s Process Improvement
    • Ensure 100% accuracy and zero-error data across all tools and content.
    • Conduct periodic audits to remove outdated information and trigger updates.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance usability, user adoption, and marketing impact.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of CRI’s product range, pump applications, and relevant technical parameters.
    • Experience in catalog creation, manual documentation, video production coordination, and creative content development.
    • Ability to manage digital platforms, CRM modules, selector tools, and content repositories.
    • Proficiency in Excel, data management, dashboards, and basic analytics.

Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
    • Creative thinking with the ability to simplify technical content for end-users.
    • Problem-solving ability with user-centric and process-driven approach.
    • High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
