Job Title: Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct regular market visits to retail electrical shops to understand market needs, brand visibility, and retailer expectations.
- Implement marketing activities for Housing Wires including POP placement, branding initiatives, shop boards, wall paintings, danglers, and counter-level visual merchandising.
- Strengthen CRI brand visibility at electrical counters and ensure proper display of marketing collaterals.
- Develop retail-level marketing plans to improve market presence and acceptance.
- Gather competitor information—branding activities, schemes, retail promotions, and counter presence.
- Support branch teams in executing retail events, electrician meets, product awareness programs, influencer outreach, etc.
- Coordinate with retailers and influencers for brand promotion, NOT for sales closure.
Collect feedback from retailers on product movement, acceptance, customer preference, and competitor offerings.

- Maintain MIS on branding execution, market mapping, and retail coverage.
- Provide insights to marketing C product teams to strengthen product positioning and communication.
- Ensure adherence to marketing budgets, documentation, and timely execution of market activities.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory and maintain strong market connect.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Retailing sales exposure is MUST — the candidate should be well-versed with the
local market, electrical shops, dealer counters, and influencer ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics, counter behavior, and shop-level marketing.
- Good communication, coordination, and field-execution capability.
- Energetic, self-driven, and proactive in carrying out field marketing activities.
- Ability to understand ground-level challenges and develop effective retail marketing strategies.
- Creativity in executing marketing activities that improve brand visibility.
