Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic the Key Account Manager to join our team within the packaging manufacturing sector. This role demands a proactive and client-focused professional who excels in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The successful candidate should be adept at aligning client needs with the company’s product offerings to foster trust and profitability.

Identifying customer needs and aligning them with the company's portfolio of products.

 

Customer Insight & Relationship Building

 

Develop a detailed understanding of the customer’s organization, business model, and procurement processes.

 

Aligning with LSquare operations to ensure timely delivery.

 

Strategic Business Development

 

Identify new requirements from existing customers and communicate them to the business development team for further action.

 

Performance Monitoring

 

Consistently monitor key performance metrics, including on-time delivery, order pipeline, and payment collection. Address any deviations promptly with precise reporting to ensure accountability and maintain performance standards.

 

Continuous Improvement

 

Conduct structured, periodic review sessions with clients to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and alignment with customer strategy and priorities.

 

 

 

Desired Candidate Profile:
 

Educational and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field;

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in CRM or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability

to derive insights from performance metrics.

 

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Key Account Manager or equivalent role within the manufacturing or any industry.
  • Must be Strategic, client-focused mindset
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
