Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Head – Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operational functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of educational programs, process standardization, quality delivery, resource management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing large-scale operations within the education, training, skilling, EdTech, or academic services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership
    • Lead end-to-end business operations across all programs and locations.
    • Ensure smooth execution of educational and training initiatives.
    • Establish and implement operational policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
    • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Program Delivery
    • Monitor program execution timelines and delivery quality.
    • Ensure adherence to service standards and commitments.
    • Coordinate with academic, training, finance, HR, and support teams for seamless execution.
  • Process & Quality Management
    • Develop scalable operational processes.
    • Monitor operational KPIs and service metrics.
    • Drive quality assurance and compliance across all activities.
    • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and mentor operations teams across regions.
    • Build accountability and performance-driven culture.
    • Manage workforce planning and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary operational interface for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure high levels of customer, student, and partner satisfaction.
    • Resolve operational escalations in a timely manner.
  • MIS & Reporting
    • Develop dashboards and operational reports.
    • Track productivity, turnaround time, utilization, and service delivery metrics.
    • Present periodic reviews to leadership.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • MBA / Postgraduate Degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in operations management.
    • Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Learning Solutions, Academic Services, or Skill Development sectors preferred.
    • Proven track record of managing multi-location operations.
