Graphic Designer (Ste Job/ 66)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, layouts, advertisements, and creatives for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Develop a strong understanding of the organization's visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing Heads, copywriters, and internal stakeholders to create final deliverables as per project scope.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered design tools, and technology innovations, applying them to enhance design output.
• Utilize advanced design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, PPT s Excel.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing new ideas, design concepts, and creative solutions.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, printers, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of design projects.
• Incorporate feedback constructively, refine designs, and ensure high-quality output within deadlines.
• Maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and proficiency in AI-integrated design workflows.
• Work on animation, motion graphics, and video editing projects when required.
• Support the team in preparing impactful presentations and marketing collaterals.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand brand needs and translate them visually.
• Expertise in AI-based design tools and willingness to explore upcoming technologies in the creative field.
• Ability to work methodically, multitask, and meet strict deadlines.
• Agency background is an added advantage.
• Experience in animation, video editing, and multi-format design is a plus.
