JOB DESCRIPTION: • Define, develop, and execute the overall E-Commerce strategy aligned with business objectives. • Drive growth across online marketplaces and D2C platforms. • Own revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention through digital channels. • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including product listings, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and content accuracy. • Plan and execute online campaigns, seasonal promotions, and marketplace events. • Track and optimize key KPIs such as GMV, Revenue, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Margins, CAC, etc. • Ensure strong customer experience through service quality, ratings, reviews, and order fulfillment excellence. • Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support teams. • Lead, mentor, and develop the E-Commerce team and managing external agencies. • Identify new digital platforms, tools, and growth opportunities to scale online business. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: • Strong understanding of E-Commerce ecosystems, Marketplace operations, and D2C models. • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce business profitably. • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capability. • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in dashboards and reporting tools. • Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
