Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Solution Architect – Enterprise Business to support enterprise sales by designing, presenting, and delivering customized technical solutions. The role will lead RFP and tender responses, focusing on network architecture, cloud, security, and managed services for large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Enterprise Support

• Partner with sales teams to understand enterprise customer requirements.

• Conduct technical solution presentations and demos.

• Address client technical queries during pre-sales discussions.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise solutions.

• Ensure alignment with organizational standards and customer needs.

• Prepare architecture diagrams, solution documents, and BOMs.

RFP / Tender Management

• Lead technical responses for RFPs and tenders.

• Prepare detailed proposals, solution write-ups, and cost estimates.

• Support bid teams during technical evaluations.

Market & Industry Awareness

• Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

• Position solutions effectively against market competition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering and delivery teams.

• Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to post-sales execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 15+ years in Solution Architecture / Pre-Sales within Telecom, ISP, or Enterprise Connectivity.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Networking, Cloud, Security, Managed Services.

• Hands-on knowledge of SD-WAN, VPN, Enterprise Networks.

• Familiarity with leading cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).

Business Skills

• Proven experience in RFP & Tender responses.

• Strong proposal writing and customer-facing communication skills.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom / IT / Engineering or related field.

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS are an added advantage.
