As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with prior experience in the Recruitment, Staffing or Executive Search industry to help expand our client base and strengthen existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold calling and market mapping
- Identify organizations with active hiring requirements and position Stellar Talent HRC as their preferred recruitment partner
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, Founders and CXOs
- Present recruitment solutions, prepare proposals and close business opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Understand current and future hiring plans
- Drive repeat business and increase wallet share within existing accounts
- Ensure excellent client experience and service delivery
Revenue & Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Track opportunities and client interactions systematically
- Contribute towards the growth of the organization
Market Intelligence
- Monitor hiring trends and industry developments
- Identify new target sectors and business opportunities
- Build databases of prospective clients and decision-makers
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful delivery
- Participate in client reviews and hiring strategy discussions
- Support branding and outreach initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory
- 2–5 years of Business Development experience
- Current or prior experience in:
- Recruitment Consultancy
- Staffing Industry
- Executive Search Firms
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- HR Consulting
Preferred
- Proven track record of client acquisition
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking and relationship building
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
