Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, and other channels
• Design and execute sales strategies and plans
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and production teams to meet customer requirements
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
• Prepare regular reports for management review

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Sales or related field
• Minimum 2+ years experience in business development or sales
• Experience in packaging or related industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
