Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the Company:
A fast-growing company in the eco-friendly packaging industry, specializing in innovative paper honeycomb solutions for consumer durable packaging, focused on sustainability and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and other channels
- Design and execute sales strategies and plans
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and production teams to meet customer requirements
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
- Prepare regular reports for management review
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Sales or related field
- Minimum 2+ years experience in business development or sales
- Experience in packaging or related industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
