Talent Acquisition Executive (RARR Job 6452)

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Recruiter to join our team at RARR Technologies Pvt Ltd in Faridabad. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for both IT and Non-IT roles.

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
• IT Graduate (BCA/BSc/MSc/MCA/BTech) / MBA HR preferred
• Extensive experience in using Boolean Search techniques
• Proficiency in working with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Sound knowledge of leveraging Social Media Platforms for Hiring purposes

Experience Range: 1 - 3 years

Immediate to Max 30 days joining period

• This is a Work From Office (WFO) opportunity.
• Preference will be given to Faridabad Applicants.
