Designation: Sr. Manager/DGM Manager

Function: Telecom Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Role Objective: We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong sales capabilities to drive business growth and manage key engagements, particularly within telecom operators/ISPs. The role requires a blend of account management, commercial understanding, and telecom domain expertise.

Key Deliverables

  • Manage and grow strategic accounts, with a primary focus on Telecom Operators/ISPs
  • Drive business development and revenue growth through new opportunities and account expansion
  • Handle end-to-end bid management, including RFP analysis, bid preparation, and submission
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement processes
  • Manage invoicing, approvals, and payment realization cycles with customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple stakeholder levels within operator organizations
  • Act as a single point of contact for client engagement, ensuring high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience working with Telecom PSUs and Private Operators/ISPs
  • Hands-on experience with procurement processes and bid submissions
  • Strong understanding of invoicing approval processes and payment cycles
  • Established relationships across different levels and verticals within telecom operators
  • Good knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and Telecom Services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile:

  • Graduation + M.B.A in Marketing (prefered)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
