Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM professional to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring ITSM modules and integrating with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Implement best practices for ServiceNow platform maintenance and performance optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, enhancements, and testing.

Prepare technical documentation and support UAT and production deployments.
Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Catalog Items.

Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal.

Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and IntegrationHub preferred.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.
