ServiceNow HRSD Developer (RARR Job 5945)

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and support HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuring HR case management, employee service centers, and automating HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR solutions using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery

• Configure HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Service Center

• Develop and customize workflows using Flow Designer

• Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies

• Configure HR Knowledge Management and Document Management

• Implement HR integrations (HRIS, payroll, identity systems) via REST/SOAP APIs

• Ensure data privacy and security using ACLs and HR-specific security models

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions

• Perform testing, deployment, and production support

Required Skills

• Strong experience with the ServiceNow Platform

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs

• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

• Understanding of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations)

• Experience with HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events

• Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD

• Experience with Employee Service Center and Service Portal

• Exposure to ITSM or CSM modules

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR systems

• Knowledge of Performance Analytics

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
