Job Description
The consultant will support and enhance Honda’s iCertis (ICI) platform by collaborating with business stakeholders, iCertis-trained associates, and offshore AMS teams to deliver effective CLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
- Configure and implement ICI features (contracts, templates, clauses, workflows, risk)
- Deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and optimize system usage
- Provide training and guidance on configuration and best practices
- Support contract and template development ensuring compliance
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvements
- Offer solution recommendations and drive stakeholder satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with iCertis ICI (Risk, Discovery, Copilot)
- Strong CLM and configuration expertise
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
