Senior Icertis Administrator (RARR Job 6082)

The consultant will support and enhance Honda’s iCertis (ICI) platform by collaborating with business stakeholders, iCertis-trained associates, and offshore AMS teams to deliver effective CLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
• Configure and implement ICI features (contracts, templates, clauses, workflows, risk)
• Deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and optimize system usage
• Provide training and guidance on configuration and best practices
• Support contract and template development ensuring compliance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvements
• Offer solution recommendations and drive stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with iCertis ICI (Risk, Discovery, Copilot)
• Strong CLM and configuration expertise
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
