Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Coach with at least 3+ years of proven expertise in guiding Agile transformation programs across large, distributed organizations. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, enabling high‑performance teams, fostering a learning culture, and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities

Agile Coaching: Mentor and coach teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to embrace Agile/Lean principles.

Agile Transformation: Lead and participate in enterprise‑level transformation journeys, ensuring alignment across distributed teams.

Servant Leadership: Address team dysfunctions, inspire collaboration, and nurture high‑performance culture.

System Thinking: Apply holistic business context understanding, challenge the status quo, and act as a catalyst for change.

Storytelling & Facilitation: Inspire individuals and teams through storytelling, data‑driven insights, and motivational communication.

Agile Mindset: Promote the philosophy of “Being Agile, not just Doing Agile.”

Agile Frameworks: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, XP, Kanban, DevOps, and Lean practices.

Scrum Artifacts Review: Evaluate Scrum artifacts and provide actionable feedback to improve team outcomes.

Collaboration: Partner with other Agile Coaches to synergize organizational transformation.

Continuous Improvement: Drive strategies for ongoing improvement across teams and functions.

Risk Management: Identify recurring risks, establish SOPs, and ensure proactive mitigation.

Monthly Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with Scrum Masters to track blockers, achievements, and progress.
