- Lead Supply Chain transformation programs across industries, focusing on process optimization and ERP implementations
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients, solving complex Supply Chain challenges
- Drive process design, modeling, and implementation for SCM, Logistics, and Material Management
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and lead FIT-GAP analysis sessions
- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead and manage large-scale ERP transformation engagements (SAP S/4HANA/Oracle Cloud)
