SAP Security Consultant (RARR Job 6134)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP GRC implementations, role design, and security architecture, as well as exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, leading workshops, and ensuring robust security design and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support SAP Security solutions in S/4HANA environments
• Configure and manage Fiori Security (catalogs, groups, roles, and authorizations)
• Lead and conduct Role Design Workshops and GRC Design Sessions
• Implement and support SAP GRC 10.1 / 12.0, including Access Control modules
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk mitigation
• Manage user access provisioning, role assignments, and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and auditors
• Provide support for SAP Public Cloud / IAG / BTP / SAC environments
• Handle security-related incidents, enhancements, and change requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Security Implementation
• Expertise in Fiori Security configuration
• Experience with SAP GRC 10.1 / 12.0 Implementation & Support
• Good understanding of authorization concepts, role design, and user management
• Experience in leading workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, IAG, SAC) is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
