SAP SD Consultant with Customer Service (CS) Expertise (RARR Job 6118)

• 10 years of experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• Strong exposure to SAP CS (Customer Service) / Customer Experience processes
• Hands-on in Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Returns
• Experience in service orders, service contracts, and warranties (CS)
• Good knowledge of ECC & S/4HANA
• Integration with MM, FI, and CS modules
• Exposure to Fiori apps and support/implementation projects
• Ability to handle business requirements, configuration & client interaction

Must Have:

• SAP SD (core) + CS exposure
• OTC + Service processes
• ECC / S4HANA
