SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Data Technical Lead (RARR Job 6445)

Role Summary:

Lead the technical delivery of SAP S/4HANA data migration by designing, developing, testing, and executing ETL processes, migration tools, and data load frameworks. Work closely with Data Leads, SAP Functional Consultants, System Integrators, and Business teams to ensure successful end-to-end data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and own the technical architecture for SAP S/4HANA data migration.
• Develop and manage ETL processes using SAP BODS, LTMC/LTMOM, SAP Migration Cockpit, SQL, Python, and PowerShell.
• Build data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and automation frameworks.
• Lead technical teams and coordinate with SAP Functional Leads and SI teams.
• Execute migration of Master Data (Business Partner, Material, Vendor, Customer, GL, BOM, Routing, Assets) and Transactional Data (Open Items, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, WIP).
• Support SIT, UAT, mock migrations, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance for large-volume data loads.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, audit, and GDPR standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • SAP BODS (Data Services)
  • LTMC / LTMOM / SAP Migration Cockpit
  • SAP IDocs & BAPIs
  • Advanced SQL
  • Python or PowerShell scripting
• Good understanding of SAP data structures and integration.
• Experience with SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, Ariba, or SuccessFactors.
• Experience working in Agile/SAP Activate environments.
