Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP CRM (Web UI/Technical)
- Hands-on expertise in GENIL/BOL framework
- ABAP OO development in SAP CRM
- CRM Web UI enhancements and customizations
- Experience with PPF, BAdIs, Enhancements, and Workflow
- Integration knowledge with ECC/S/4HANA is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance SAP CRM applications using GENIL/BOL.
- Customize CRM Web UI components and business objects.
- Design technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Provide production support and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP CRM Sales/Service process knowledge
- Exposure to S/4HANA integration
- Strong analytical and communication skills
