SAP ABAP Consultant (RARR Job 6442)

As a SAP Senior Expert, you will lead SAP development activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will guide partner/vendor development teams, review technical designs, ensure SAP best practices are followed, and maintain the quality of the SAP S/4HANA solution. You will also work with third-party service providers during implementation and post go-live support.

• Lead SAP development for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Ensure all developments follow SAP best practices and standards.
• Review technical designs and development quality.
• Oversee SAP developments and program enhancements.
• Work on WRICEF objects, Reports (ALV), Interfaces (File, IDoc, SOAP APIs, ALE), Enhancements, User Exits, Customer Exits, BADI, BTE, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Conversions, and Migration Cockpit.
• Experience with SAP BTP, RAP, CAP Programming, and Business Services.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA, OData, CDS Views, UI5/Fiori, and Fiori Custom Field Extensions.
• Lead SAP UI development for SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori Elements, UI5, Fiori Launchpad, Catalogs, Groups, Pages, Spaces, and Role Mapping.
• Experience in extending standard SAP Fiori applications and OData service development.
• Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades and future releases.
• Knowledge of BRF and related frameworks.
• Understand SAP functional processes and review code developed by team members.
• Work effectively with small and large teams.
• Review business process designs and functional specifications.
• Suggest technical solutions to improve system performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
