Job Description

Role Objective
Looking for a versatile and client-focused Techno-Commercial Manager to support our sales and solutioning efforts in the Network Management System (NMS) and Element Management System (EMS) domain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of networking and software environments, combined with strong business and client engagement skills. Prior experience in NMS/EMS or related industries will be a distinct advantage.

Key Deliverables

  • Client Engagement , Sales & Pre-Sales:
    • Work closely with prospective clients to gather business requirements.
    • Present product capabilities and tailor solution offerings accordingly.
    • Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Solution Support:
    • Act as a liaison between clients and technical/product teams.
    • Provide basic technical clarifications and demonstrations with support from solution engineers as needed.
    • Coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and follow-ups.
  • Commercial Management:
    • Support bid management, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
    • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to contribute to go-to-market strategies.
    • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Project Transition Support:
    • Ensure a smooth handover of finalized deals to the delivery/project teams.
    • Participate in kick-off meetings and facilitate initial technical discussions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications or short-term training in networking or software sales would be an added advantage.

Preferred Background

  • Software or IT Solutions companies
  • Networking or Surveillance or Telecom product/services firms
  • System integrators or solution vendors in the network management space
