Performance Engineer (RARR Job 6222)

We are looking for strong Performance Engineers with hands-on expertise in performance engineering, observability, infrastructure analysis, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform load, stress, spike, soak, and endurance testing
• Identify bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis
• Analyze application, server, database, and infrastructure performance
• Work closely with development, architecture, and operations teams
• Perform workload modeling and scalability assessments
• Monitor systems using APM and observability tools
• Support capacity planning and performance tuning initiatives
• Prepare performance reports and optimization recommendations

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong experience in Performance Engineering
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and/or JMeter
• Experience with Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana/Splunk
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
• Exposure to AWS/Cloud environments
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in RCA, bottleneck analysis, and tuning
• Understanding of JVM, memory management, garbage collection
• Database performance tuning exposure
• Linux and shell scripting knowledge
• Programming exposure in Java/Python/Shell

Good to Have:
• Kafka/RabbitMQ/MQ exposure
• Wireshark/network troubleshooting
• CI/CD and Jenkins integration
• Banking/Finance domain experience

Note:
This role requires Performance Engineering expertise and not only performance testing/scripting experience.
