Pega Lead System Architect LSA (RARR Job 6433)

Role Summary
The Pega Lead System Architect LSA will be responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end architecture of Pega solutions using Constellation UI architecture and DX APIs. The role requires deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and close collaboration with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready Pega platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Solution Design
- Lead overall solution architecture for Pega applications using Pega Constellation Cosmos React.
- Define and govern architecture leveraging Pega DX APIs for headless and omnichannel UI implementations.
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Own system design decisions around case management, data modeling, integrations, security, and scalability.
- Guide modernization and migration from traditional UI Section-based to Constellation where applicable.

DX API Integration Leadership
- Design and govern integrations using DX APIs REST SOAP JMS and database connectors.
- Work closely with frontend teams ReactAngular consuming DX APIs.
- Define API contracts, data payloads, and integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot complex architectural performance and integration issues.
