Key Responsibilities
• System Administration
o Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, environments, licenses, and system updates for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
o Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues and liaise with MS support when needed
• Configuration & Customization
o Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, and business rules.
o Customize entities, fields, and views to meet business requirements.
• Data Management
o Conduct regular data audits, cleansing, and deduplication.
o Manage imports/exports and ensure compliance with data governance.
• Integration & Enhancement
o Collaborate with IT and vendors to integrate CRM with ERP, marketing, and other systems.
o Recommend and implement system improvements.
• User Support & Training
o Provide technical support to CRM users.
o Develop training materials and conduct sessions to improve adoption.
• Reporting & Analytics
o Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
o Provide insights to support business decision making.

Key Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of CRM processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Experience with customisation, configuration, security models, and solution management
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with CRM integrations using APIs or middleware.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, or other reporting tools.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Microsoft certifications (MB 210, MB 200) preferred.
