Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst with strong expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), marketing analytics, and content performance insights. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decision-making by uncovering trends, identifying process gaps, generating actionable insights, and implementing robust data quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- Perform in-depth Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in marketing and content data
- Translate complex datasets into business insights and actionable recommendations
- Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and engagement metrics
- Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Process Understanding & Gap Identification
- Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end marketing and content workflows
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data capture and process effectiveness
- Data Quality & Governance
- Define and implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring frameworks
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of marketing data
- Drive best practices in data governance and documentation
- Content Analytics
- Analyze performance of content assets (digital, social, campaigns, SEO, etc.)
- Provide insights into content effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion drivers
- Support content strategy with data-backed recommendations
- Advanced Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Apply statistical techniques and analytical methods to uncover deeper insights
- Propose enhancements to analytics frameworks and reporting methodologies
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision making
Core Skills
- Strong experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Expertise in SQL, Python/R, Excel
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Domain Knowledge
- 6–8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics
- Good understanding of Data Quality & Process Excellence, Experience defining data validation frameworks and quality checks & Strong understanding
