Role Summary Identity Support Engineer will propose a strong back group in enterprise rooting technologies and basis log analysis skills using Splunk The candidate handle escalated operational issue assist in routing configuration changes and support EntraID AD Defense infrastructure under the guidance of L3 Teams This role is ideal for professionals who are experienced in daytoday identity troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for routing related incident across enterprise Identity EntraID AD Defense environment

Troubleshoot and resolve issue and configuration updates

Assist implementing routing change patch selection policies and configuration update

Use basic Splunk searches to analyze logs troubleshooting routing anomalies and support incident diagnosis

Coordinate with service providers for circuit level escalations and performance issues

Monitor and track link availability interface status and routing tables

Maintain documentation including network topology diagrams SPOs and incident records

Ensure tickets are uploaded with resolution details and escalated as needed within SLA timelines

Required Skills Experience

Expertise in minimumonewithinACTIVE DIRECTORY ENTRAID POWERSHELL Infrastructure as Code Azure Devops

Strong mindset and understanding of identity security framework MS Tiering model Enterprise Access model expertise

AD and EntraIDsecurity posture tool MS Assessment Semperistools MS identity Secure Score PingCastle Bloodhound

Proven track record overseeing Identity solutions minimum 2 technologies expertise EntraID hybrid env with MS Active Directory

Experience multisite or international is highly desirable

Experience in complex environment

Troubleshooting root cause analysis

L2 skills minimumonewithin PAM CYBERARK API REST PKI MICROSOFT ADCS
