Job Description
- Min 4-5 end-to-end implementations of Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Strong in managing customer expectations, stakeholder management, regular reviews and customer management
- Focus on delivery-led growth leading to increased revenue generation
- Contribute to RFP responses, customer presentations and project estimations
- Strong knowledge of SCM Planning concepts, practices and procedures
- Lead the solution design and provide detailed documentation and technical directives to Kinaxis developers
- Ability to lead and conduct workshops to understand the client's business process
- Interact with client top-level management and conduct meetings
- Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain planning and experienced in implementing RR and/or E2E planning solutions
- Promote and support the principles and standards of Enterprise Architecture aligned with the organization's strategy
- Keep up-to-date with possible new architectures
- Provide Technical thought leadership to design and develop solutions
- Support functional workstreams in refining requirements
- Review and approve design solutions to ensure that the configuration of Rapid Response interfaces, data models, analytics and customizations
- Act as liaison between the business stakeholders and technical developers
- Work closely with Integration teams to ensure successful data migration
- Create, document, train and consult the data cleansing, harmonization, and transformation rules processes
- Perform Data readiness assessment, data cleansing, harmonization & transformation rules
- Provide support on issues before, during, and after deployment
- Architecturally consult and support regional, divisional, functional projects and initiatives
