Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 10–14 years of hands-on development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade product applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, and Microservices, along with proven experience in product development. The role requires technical leadership, mentoring, architectural decision-making, and ownership of end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.
- Own the technical delivery of the team and ensure high-quality code standards.
- Translate high-level designs (HLD) into robust technical solutions.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Mentor and guide developers on coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical solution design.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive sprint deliverables.
- Support production releases, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.
