Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, solid understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles from requirement gathering to offer closure

  • Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical screening calls

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews; ensure timely feedback and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and tracking sheets

  • Drive hiring timelines and ensure quality candidate delivery

  • Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment

  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)

  • Experience working with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
