Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers across industries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication material.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Develop a strong understanding of GISPL’s cybersecurity services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding or interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology services is preferred.
  • Ability to work from our Gurgaon office (Work from Office).
