Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers across industries.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication material.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Develop a strong understanding of GISPL’s cybersecurity services to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding or interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology services is preferred.
- Ability to work from our Gurgaon office (Work from Office).
