Job Skills

Analyze client requirements from both business and technical perspectives and translate them into application functionalities (UI, workflows, BPM, reporting)
Gather and evaluate business requirements to design solutions aligned with client objectives
Conduct and lead business workshops and CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions
Map business requirements to Infor M3 functionalities and contribute to overall project planning
Prepare functional specifications and perform system configuration
Support solution testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deployment activities
Develop and review documentation including:
- Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Technical/Design specifications
- System, Integration, and Regression test cases
Ensure adherence to Infor Deployment Methodology
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and optimize business processes
Document requirements using structured methodologies and tools
Provide knowledge transfer and training to clients and internal teams
