Job Description
Techno-functional consultant with expertise in Icertis CLM (ICI) to design, configure, and implement contract management solutions, bridging business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis
- Configure ICI (templates, clauses, workflows, security)
- Develop and manage API integrations (Salesforce/MS Dynamics)
- Handle data migration, SIT, and UAT
- Provide post-go-live support and optimize workflows
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on Icertis implementation (1–3 full cycles)
- Strong SQL and API (REST/SOAP) knowledge
- CLM domain understanding (legal/procurement)
- Good communication and stakeholder management
Preferred:
- Icertis certification or other CLM certifications
