Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Google Analytics professional with strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) to drive advanced analytics, tracking strategy, and data-driven insights. The role involves implementing scalable tracking solutions, analyzing user behavior, and enabling business teams with actionable insights.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and optimization of Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Define and execute tracking strategy, tagging architecture, and event models
  • Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Configure events, conversions, audiences, and custom dimensions in GA4
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, and customer journeys
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
  • Integrate GA4 with marketing platforms (Google Ads, CRM, CDP tools)
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance
  • Provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams


🔹 Mandatory Skills:

 

  • Analytics & Tracking:
    • Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Expertise in event-based tracking model
    • Advanced knowledge of funnels, attribution, and audience building
  • Tag Management:
    • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Tag implementation (pixels, triggers, variables)
    • Debugging using browser tools
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
    • Experience with dashboards (Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau)
    • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis

🔹 Good to Have Skills:

 

  • Experience with BigQuery (GA4 export)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript for tracking customization
  • Experience with CDPs (e.g., Adobe RTCDP, Segment)
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing metrics
  • A/B testing and experimentation tools
