Cybersecurity Specialist – MDE & Email Security (Proofpoint) (RARR Job 6068)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist with strong experience in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Email Security (Proofpoint/EOP) to manage day-to-day security operations across endpoints and email platforms.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
• Strong experience in Email Security Gateway (Proofpoint / EOP)
• Expertise in endpoint monitoring, onboarding & compliance reporting
• Experience in email quarantine management, block/allow lists
• Knowledge of incident response & security operations
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Security stack

Key Responsibilities

• Manage email security gateway operations (quarantine, blocking, policies)
• Monitor and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Ensure endpoint onboarding, health & compliance reporting
• Implement and manage Purview DLP & data classification policies
• Track and remediate vulnerabilities & compliance issues
• Support incident investigations & security operations
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution & escalations

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP & Compliance)
• Knowledge of firewalls, Cisco ISE, networking
• Experience with BeyondTrust PAM
• Exposure to vulnerability management
