Role Overview
We are looking for a founding CTO who will lead the entire technology function from scratch. This role demands a strong hands-on technologist with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building scalable products, teams, and systems aligned with aggressive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Strategy & Architecture
- Define long-term architecture and platform strategy
- Design scalable, multi-tenant SaaS systems
- Align technology investments with business goals
2. Product Development & Engineering
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Build robust, scalable, and high-performance platforms
- Drive modern architecture (microservices, API-first, event-driven)
3. Delivery & Execution
- Implement Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with roadmap and milestones
- Establish strong engineering governance and accountability
4. Infrastructure & IT Environment
- Build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure
- Implement best practices in reliability, monitoring, and performance
5. Team Building & Leadership
- Hire and scale engineering teams from ground up
- Mentor and develop high-performing talent
- Foster ownership-driven, innovation-focused culture
6. Data, AI & Innovation
- Define data architecture and analytics strategy
- Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities across products
7. Security & Compliance
- Ensure robust security frameworks and compliance standards
- Implement IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management
8. Partner & Vendor Management
- Evaluate and manage external technology partners and vendors

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in product-based companies
- Proven track record of building products from scratch (0 → 1)
- Exposure to platforms similar to on-demand / marketplace models (e.g., mobility, logistics, delivery ecosystems)
- Strong blend of hands-on coding + architecture + leadership
