Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Architecture

• Define long-term architecture and platform strategy
• Design scalable, multi-tenant SaaS systems
• Align technology investments with business goals

2. Product Development & Engineering

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Build robust, scalable, and high-performance platforms
• Drive modern architecture (microservices, API-first, event-driven)

3. Delivery & Execution

• Implement Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with roadmap and milestones
• Establish strong engineering governance and accountability

4. Infrastructure & IT Environment

• Build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure
• Implement best practices in reliability, monitoring, and performance

5. Team Building & Leadership

• Hire and scale engineering teams from ground up
• Mentor and develop high-performing talent
• Foster ownership-driven, innovation-focused culture

6. Data, AI & Innovation

• Define data architecture and analytics strategy
• Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities across products

7. Security & Compliance

• Ensure robust security frameworks and compliance standards

• Proven track record of building products from scratch (0 → 1)
• Exposure to platforms similar to on-demand / marketplace models (e.g., mobility, logistics, delivery ecosystems)
• Strong blend of hands-on coding + architecture + leadership
